請問孕婦可以使用備勞喘與使肺泰乾粉吸入劑嗎？ |
目前已懷孕１０週，有時半夜會突然覺得胸口很悶，喘不過氣，我的產檢醫師也不是很確定是否可以使用，想請教一下它的藥品分級適用於孕婦嗎？我前幾天吸了好幾口，很擔心…… |

關於懷孕時氣喘藥物 |
備勞喘的部份根據澳洲的ADEC分級為A (有研究顯示孕婦使用此藥並不會造成畸胎或其他對胎兒之不良影響)所以媽媽可以安心使用
使肺泰的部份根據澳洲ADEC分級為B3 (目前有少數孕婦使用,並沒有觀察到對胎兒的不良影響,但是動物實驗卻有發現造成畸胎或其他不良影響);美國FDA分級為C(並沒有人體的研究可供參考,但動物實驗可能有觀察到不良影響),須謹慎使用
