3~5天左右會自行消退。臨床上除非有證據顯示為A型鏈
球菌感染造成之猩紅熱，是不必使用抗生素的。
2. 若有相當之證據認為是A型鏈球菌感染，抗生素的使用
可以避免急性風濕熱的產生。依據治療準則，選取口服
盤尼西林即可。或是選用第一代之Amoxicillin應該已足
夠。 使用Augmentin似乎有殺雞用牛刀之嫌。
3. 因為Augmentin糖漿的劑量需視每cc之藥物濃度而定。
您提供之資料無法詳細計算，但一般而言 5ml 一天四次
應該是可以的。
