請教了統一企業,除了AB優酪乳包裝上記載的成份外,無法提供其他詳細的成份.我想引起您過敏症狀的應該不是乳酸菌本身,可能是其他的添加物,例如香料和增加口感的賦形劑.您這次引起需就醫的嚴重症狀,最好避免再食用,但還是可以嚐試其他廠牌的優酪乳(請確定緊急時有人可以將您送醫),可能產生同樣的症狀,可能完全沒事(“不是說統一AB優酪乳不好喔”),或只是如皮膚癢等輕微症狀.一般而言,花生,核果(核桃,杏仁等),海產類(有殼的蝦,蟹和青背魚例如秋刀魚,鯖魚,沙丁魚)是常見誘發氣喘的食物.氣喘的孩子還需注意蛋.牛奶,冰品和油炸食物.此外,巧克力,乳酪,草莓也是會引發氣喘的食物.您可以嚐試看看是否真會誘發氣喘,再依症狀的輕重及對這食物的喜愛程度去做捨. |
