一直吃欣流 |
您好
我的小朋友四歲七個月
去年11月開始吃欣流
一吃三個月
期間沒有發生任何咳嗽或過敏症狀
停了七週後
因感冒就醫
醫師又開了兩個月的欣流
我的問題是
這陣子小朋友並無任何氣喘症狀
尖峰吐氣也正常
是否要一直吃欣流?
吃多了有沒有問題ㄚ?

您好:
欣流(Singulair)是一種抑制白三烯素（Leukotriene）的氣喘藥物，主要用於預防與長期治療氣喘。目前相關的研究顯示Singulair可長期服用。
當患有氣喘的小朋友已無症狀或間斷性復發，且於症狀較不容易出現的夏天，經由醫生檢查評估後可考慮停藥。
欣流的副作用通常屬於輕微的，一般很少導致停藥，其副作包括有過敏反應、頭痛、腹痛、疲勞、暈眩等。
